Covid-19 precautions – keeping you safe during your treatments
🌿 Please make sure that you arrive at your appointment time and on your own.
🌿 Although I have made every effort to make the treatment room comfortable, unfortunately for the time being I have had to remove many of my usual soft furnishings. There will be a large, soft disposable towel on the treatment couch to snuggle under, but if you’d like something more substantial, you are very welcome to bring your own blanket to your treatment.
🌿 When you arrive for your treatment, please let me know by text, phone call or WhatsApp and I will come and open the door for you. Please allow me to open all of the doors for you.
🌿 Before you come down the corridor to the treatment room, you will be given a little bag containing a mask and a bottle of organic hand sanitiser. Please use the sanitiser and pop the mask (or your own mask) on. You’ll need to wear the mask for the whole of your treatment.

At Victoria House Therapies, we are fully GDPR compliant, so you know your details are safe with us. However, in order for you to be able to make a booking, we do need to check that you’re happy for us to keep a few basic details about you to arrange your appointment.

Summary: I need to collect some details from you in order to book your treatment with me, so if you are late or if I need to contact you about your booking, I can contact you. When I treat you, I will also take down further details about you such as a brief medical history, which will be kept safe and confidentially, and only used in order to inform your treatments, so your treatments are specifically tailored to you. I do not bombard you with emails and rarely run more than a handful of special offers in a year, so you can be safe in the knowledge that if I contact you, it is with good reason or containing some information that you have requested.
