Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy which is based on the theory that the different organs and systems of the body can be mapped to different points or areas on the feet, hands, face, lower leg or ears. Reflexologists believe that through working these points or areas, they may have an energetic effect on the corresponding organs or systems within the body, encouraging the body towards a state of balance and self-healing.
Available as a 30 minute treatment or as a 60 minute treatment.
Facial Reflexology works on the theory that different points on the face correspond to different organs, areas and systems in the body, helping you to achieve balance on all levels by promoting relaxation and the release of tension.
A special pre-blended Facial Elixir that was created specifically for this technique of facial reflexology and facial rejuvenation (also known as Zone Facelift) is used in this treatment.
Available as a 30 minute treatment or as a 60 minute treatment.
Facial Rejuvenation treatment is a dynamic form of facial massage performed using natural and organic products primarily aimed at addressing facial tone by lifting and draining the facial tissues using specialised massage techniques.
This treatment not only helps to reduce puffiness and flaccidity and define the facial contours, but helps improve skin texture and tone. Despite the dynamic nature of the massage the treatment is deeply relaxing.

Tailored massage: This massage treatment is a mixture of relaxation and firm-pressure (deep tissue work) which is designed to release tight layers of muscle and tissue helping to restore movement and alleviating any pain, tightness or spasm in a problematic area.

Hot stone reflexology is an innovative new treatment that combines the effectiveness of a standard reflexology treatment with the comforting warmth of hot basalt stones. Like reflexology, it is based on the theory that different points on the feet represent different organs and systems of the body. However, instead of the reflexologist’s hands working these points to ease away imbalances, hot rocks are slowly applied, using the heat to penetrate deeply into the reflex points.
Available as an 80 minute treatment.
Indian Head Massage is a blend of relaxing, warming and invigorating massage applied to the upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, scalp, ears and face, which really focuses in on those troublesome tension areas to leave you feeling relaxed and ready to take on the world!
